Hi, I’m Lisa Teller and I’m the president/owner of LTz Pampered Pets.  I started my career over 10 years ago as an Obedience/Behavior trainer.  I have since then expanded my business due to my love and passion for animals.  My passion for animals started when I was a young child.  I always navigated towards animals when I was younger and had such a great love and appreciation for them.  This passion lead to my career in the animal field. In addition to LTz Pampered Pets, I am the Director of Operations for the Chenango County SPCA located in Norwich NY.  So I basically live and breathe animals all day, every day of my life.  My other true love and passion is my son and family.  These are the things that make up my world.
My professional experience in handling and breeding animals comes from my training at the West Virginia Canine College.  There I learned my foundation for breeding, behavior and training animals.  Over the years I’ve attend workshops, conferences, webinars, and online classes to continually grow in my field, thus making me an expert in what I do.  My daily interactions with the animals and people at the SPCA has taught me a lot and brought me further in my life long goal to work with animals to improve their lives and their owners lives.
I love to help people with their animals and could talk to you all day about them.  I’ve found in my search for a good pet that it was very difficult to find someone that actually cared about what I wanted and not just the sale of their animal.  I was frustrated by the process of calling breeders/trainers and having them talk to me like I was “stupid” or not even worth their time.  I pride myself on my relationships that I have with all my customers. As a matter fact a lot of my customers are now good friends of mine.  So I wanted to give people what I wasn’t getting from breeders, trainers and behaviorist, and that is respect, advice, and truely caring about what their needs are.  So with LTz Pampered Pets, not only do you get a great quality pet or expert training and behavior advice, you become a part of our growing family for life.
I couldn’t have picked a better career path.  Thanks to all my friends, family and supporters my dreams have come true. So I thank you for taking time to get to know me better and I do hope that I will have the opportunity to help you some day.
